Launched in January 2025, the Bedrok™ plinth upgrade takes the LP12 to a performance level never heard before.
First seen in the limited edition LP12-50 turntable, Bedrok is formed from layers of beechwood placed under extreme pressure and heat to make a new solid and heavy block of material which is then machined to give a plinth with more acoustic isolation and less resonance then previous designs.
The improvement in sound is immediately noticeable – the bass in particular is much cleaner, the turntable has an even better sense of rhythm, less coloration and is just so enjoyable to listen to.
