We will handle warranty claims swiftly and at no cost to you for any products bought from us originally.
If you bought the product elsewhere but it is a brand that we are agents for, then we can still help you but might need to charge you a handling fee to cover the cost of shipping your equipment back to the manufacturer.
If you have an out-of-warranty product from Linn or Naim then these manufacturers offer fixed price factory repairs. Please get in touch for more information. If it will be more cost-effective for us to repair your product in-house we will let you know.
Because of the unique construction methods used, Devialet products need to be returned to the factory for servicing. We can help arrange this for you.
For brands that we are not dealers for, we can often provide a repair service providing parts are available. However it is often not financially viable as the cost of a repair for many brands can exceed the value of the equipment.
